THE MANOR ROOM IS BEGINNING TO OPEN TO HIRERS SUBJECT TO DISCUSSION ABOUT COVID-19 PROCEDURES, ACTIVITIES, NUMBERS ATTENDING ETC. A MINIMUM ADDITIONAL £10 CHARGE PER 4 HOUR SESSION IS IN PLACE TO COVER SOME OF OUR EXTRA COSTS AND WILL BE CONSTANTLY REVIEWED. Special Rates
Special rates apply to local organisations or clubs which are regular users of the hall (minimum of six bookings a year) as follows:
Main Hall (four hours) -- £17.50 |
Committee Room (four hours) -- £10.00 |
Use of the kitchen for making a cup of tea etc. is included in the above costs. Use of full facilities i.e. ovens/urns for functions will incur an extra charge.
Equipment Hire - for use at other venues
Tables, chairs, cutlery and crockery may be hired for use at other venues. The following rates apply:
HIRE CHARGES are reviewed annually in March.
- For each set of 10 cups and saucers/plates/cutlery -- £5.00
- 10 chairs -- £5.00
- Tables (each) -- £3.00
