Because of the extensive use of all facilities, including veiling for the strip lights (see photographs), and the extra cleaning which usually arises from a wedding booking, special charges apply and can be discussed when a booking is being considered. Wedding bookings ordinarily run from midday Friday to midday Sunday, but these details are flexible by agreement.

Special Rates
Special rates apply to local organisations or clubs which are regular users of the hall (minimum of six bookings a year) as follows:
Main Hall (four hours) -- £17.50 |
Committee Room (four hours) -- £10.00 |
Use of the kitchen for making a cup of tea etc. is included in the above costs. Use of full facilities i.e. ovens/urns for functions will incur an extra charge.
Equipment Hire - for use at other venues
Tables, chairs, cutlery and crockery may be hired for use at other venues. The following rates apply:
HIRE CHARGES are reviewed annually in March.
- For each set of 10 cups and saucers/plates/cutlery -- £5.00
- 10 chairs -- £5.00
- Tables (each) -- £3.00
